Customs Policy

Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs

 ***If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund

***Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee

***Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order

Partial Shipping

Source Unknown choose to ship items within your order separately, as they are readied. We will partially ship items from your order that are fully processed and ready to be shipped. This is so you will not have to wait for your entire order to be ready, before receiving any of your items.

Lost Packages

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee

***Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If delivery was made without signature in your favor, we cannot guarantee for the lost or damaged


You may return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date

SALE ITEMS, Accessories (jewellery, belt, sunglasses) cannot be refunded or exchanged

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns postmarked 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online credit ("SourceUnknownCredit")

***The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s) using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

To Prepare your International Return Shipment, please email us at for our global warehouse address. Write 'International Return' with your order # in the subject line, description of the item(s) and reason for the return

***We usually accept return within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email



Defect Items

Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
