You may return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date
SALE ITEMS, Accessories (jewelry, belt, sunglasses) cannot be refunded or exchanged
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns postmarked 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online credit ("SourceUnknownCredit")
***The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s) using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
Any items returned without the return form will take longer to be processed. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your return form issued.

Refunds of returns are issued after the process has been completed and it takes up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

***We usually accept return within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email
Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
